The first time I stayed at this location August 2023, it was not good. The location is great and parking is affordable at 22.00 per day. First problem was the front desk person was rude. I presented my legal tax exempt ID plus driver's license. He finally allowed me to use it after waiting 15 minutes or so. He put me in a room that had not been cleaned at all. However the bed had fresh clean sheets and blanket.The carpet was sticky and disgusting. None of the surfaces had been cleaned.I called the front desk to ask if someone could come and clean the room . They never came. Next day I informed the front desk person about no one cleaning my room. She moved me to a different room. The pool was out of order and the washer was broke so I couldn't wash anything there. I recently book with Sonesta again for one night in November. Same issue with my legal tribal tax exemption. Except this time, Gregg, working the front desk accused me of being a scammer. Now I have corporate involved and a lawyer. Also I informed Gregg that the phone in my room didn't work. He informed me none of the phones worked in the rooms. That is very suspect. I will never stay here again. I'll gladly pay more for parking somewhere else where I'm not treated like a criminal,the rooms are clean and have working phones in the rooms.

I stayed here for two days and my stay was decent, I wouldn’t call it PERFECT. The room was spacious, internet was good. However, the room wasn’t equipped with any drinkable water. Also, the cleaning service seems like it doesn’t exist. They never cleaned my room. In addition, the deposit was kinda high, 150$! pff.. that’s ovvveer. Not to mention that I still haven’t received it until now(left 10 days ago). Nonetheless, my overall stay was good and the receptionist was so kind, guiding, and helpful! I hope they just lower the deposit a little bit, send it back to the customers faster, and equip the rooms with water bottles.

My family and I visited Atlanta and stayed at Sonesta hotel for 1 night. Check-in was quick and Shay was a joy to work with. The location was great in Midtown and the price was reasonable. We found out late our TV wasn’t connected for cable. Michelle was very helpful in changing our room. The A/C air flow could have been better but we managed. If in Atlanta we would consider staying her again for convenience.

Ideal location for me, at the time. And the hotel is very nice... The breakfast is not complementary, which was inconvenient for me. $22 for parking.. it feels to me like they are looking for local guests with this policy. And I don't think this is a good idea. Otherwise, nice hotel, staff was friendly and professional. Nice view, I was on the 8th floor. I would stay here again if I could reconcile the expense against the convenience of the location.

Hotel met my needs for the night. My room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The hotel is a little dated in parts and could use new carpets in elevators and hallways. My check-in was smooth. However, I'd recommend informing customers of 125$ hold for incidentals and 22$ parking fee and asking (rather than expecting it to be okay) prior to making the payment. It was said as I was sliding my card for what I thought was the agreed upon room rate not 147$ more than that. The entrance is a little tricky so be prepared to circle the block if you don't pull in the out gate on the first attempt. Beyond that my overall stay was satisfactory. Leroy was very pleasant and helpful during check-out and has such a positive demeanor. I appreciated his kindness.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
