Great experience! Multiple week stay with changes we made that that were managed very well. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful especially Jessica, Tanya, Sierra, AK, Lydia and Ellis (hope I got names right) and all the support staff! . They were all sincere in making our stay comfortable for us and our cat. The whole staff made sure the facility was clean and always smelling fresh. Good people who care about their customers makes this a perfect spot for short or long term stays. We highly recommend them!

I would not stay here again. The parking lot is very dark & shady. There’s a ramp off to the side leading into the side entrance that is completely (very oddly) blocked off all around with metal poles so when you’re bringing in your suitcases you have to struggle up the stairs with them. The hotel hallways, elevator & rooms were dirty. The door to our room was broken and looked like someone had broken the hardware trying to break in at some point. Had to mess with it for 15 mins just to open the door. The sheets appeared to have never been changed after the last guest which is just gross & disappointing when checking in late & exhausted. The tv is oddly positioned & even on a extended tray table it was nearly impossible to see well from the bed. 1/2 of the screen was blocked by the closet. The towels smelled & didn’t appear clean & the shower was also wet but looked unclean as well with hair also around the bathroom. I was very ready to leave this hotel.

1. Waited 5-10 for the guy sitting watching TV to open the sliding door. 2. Waited 20 mins for the front desk clerk to show up. So after about 30 mins. I finally got my key. I asked about the shuttle, the gentleman said it was complementary, it started at 4am and ran every 30 mins. He offered me a bag of chips for my inconvenience. 3. Next morning the shuttle driver almost refused to give me a ride because I hadn’t signed up the night before!!!! At no time was I told I needed to sign up, she kept yelling and telling me that next time she won’t take me, cause sometimes the bus is full. I WAS THE ONLY PERSON ON IT!!! NEVER AGAIN

Parking lot was empty. Simply parked here to wait for an arriving passenger at the airport nearby. Was asked to leave by security minutes later because of “rampant break ins.” How about supporting the local police, treating criminals as criminals, and generally disposing with the leftist ideology that has turned much of the Bay Area into a crime-ridden cesspool, instead of focusing on people parked politely waiting for arriving passengers in an empty parking lot. Poor service and hostile environments across the Bay Area are top reasons we are leaving California for nicer places with nicer people.

Room was adequate, staff was friendly and location was excellent. Unfortunately, we had to listen to noise from above room for a couple of hours - every loud footstep! Must be really poor construction with no insulation as you can hear everything - makes it hard to get a restful nights sleep.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
