The rooms were overall nice and spacious, but the problem was outside. We had left our car parked near the front office so it would be less likely to get robbed, and yet that's just what happened, we got robbed! When we tried asking to check the security cameras they said they didn't work, which is unbelievable! Just keep that in mind if you stay here, your belongings probably aren't safe.

Although the hotel needs upgrades, the staff does its best to keep the place clean and pleasant. They must be getting paid well because they're really keeping guests comfortable and served. The location is prime for its proximity to the airport. Surely, many airport staff make this hotel their home away from home.

I have never left a review, as I have never been compelled to leave a review. The room was fine until we discovered the toilet was broken and wouldn't flush. The front desk manager on duty was the most inconsiderate and rude person I have ever met. I understand not being able to perform a repair, however on a Friday night I would imagine a repair service would be on call for a prime night for people to stay, especially over a holiday weekend. The manner of which she conducted herself during the conservation and attitude throughout shows the lack of training and requirements this hotel chain places on their staff. I strongly discourage anyone from staying at this specific hotel and would caution stays at other hotels in this chain as this manager on duty represents your company, and is the worst representation i have ever encountered at a hotel.

Should have been a sign when neither room key worked and had to get them reprogrammed. The lobby was clean and no issues there. The room was decent. Bathroom had issues with shower head very crusted and shower kept dropping in pressure. Went to get ice and machine in fourth floor broke, went to fifth, same result. Tried every floor and ended up in lobby asking for ice at bar. Our fridge would not get cold. We requested a new one and this never happened even after three separate request. Tried pool but a group (multi-family) were on the handicap lift swinging it all over and with most of lights surrounding pool and pool lights out, just too dark, dirty, and dangerous. Not the worst room I've stayed at, but not far off.

Room was great, breakfast goes fast and the worker puts out more things every 20 min.. lol it was really good breakfast for a hotel. Pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, oatmeal, cereal, salsa, beads, juice, tea, coffee. Nice staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
