Great service, nice staff and rooms are clean. Prices are affordable and morning buffet is delicious. The pool and gym have open hours so noted this before using.

Dirty rooms with musty smell, bed sheets had blood marks, comforter had pee stains, pillows had yellow tints. But to say the least, there was a morning receptionist who was kind and she helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. However we ended up checking out once the shower started to clog after one use, we were told by the technician that the showers were intentionally built this way. Odd.. i don’t see any logic in letting dirty shower water flood all over the restroom. If you want to avoid wasting majority of your vacation time on these annoyances, then do yourself a favor and stay away from this self-proclaimed “4-star” hotel.

Is supposedly 4 stars. It might look like that with decor etc but the room air con was pathetic, the fridge was not cold, had no temp gauge nor did it have a freezer compartment. I was unable to have cold water for walking around and sight seeing or to just drink. Buying coke Zero was not existent in the area , went to 15-20 shops and had no luck. I'm a diabetic and I get sick of drinking water. Breakfast I found was nearly inedible. They cater to Japanese not westerners. Bread and rolls were stale. Their pho was pretty tasteless, I had 2 eggs. I went to the restaurant ,which was dark, lady turned lights on but communication about the food was difficult. Wasn't a great experience and wouldn't rate it a 4 star hotel

Towels are not enough for night and morning shower. Asked more towel but the receptionist refused. This hotel is rated 4 stars but services and staffs are not 4 stars. Very disappointed and angry.. Also drainage in shower room also terrible.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
