The place is lovely, however the service is not that of a hotel in this price range. The staff walked in our room without knocking (i was having a shower) and again came multiple times at our private pool unannounced not even using the front door of the room. The water is not drinkable so the staff gives you a bottle a day, if you finish it you have to pay. This is ridiculous.

I would highly recommend Sophia Boutique Hotel. The location was great, with Oia at walking distance. The staff were friendly, courteous, and there was nothing that was too much trouble. The cleanliness was exceptional and the staff always ensured we had plenty of clean, dry towels. Breakfast was fabulous with a Greek theme, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Can't wait to stay there again!

Amazing staff! This hotel was way beyond our expectations! Breakfast was delicious. Very well located to do the hike from OIA to Fira. Very clean and beautiful. Thank you so much for having us! ευχαριστω. I hope to write it well. I definitely recommand this hotel.

We had the pleasure of staying at Sophia Boutique Hotel and it is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. From the beautiful views, cozy room and wonderful staff they exceeded our expectations. We didn’t get the names of the lovely gentlemen at the bar but they truly made our experience so much more wonderful. The receptionists were very lovely aswell and accommodated to our needs. We had our breakfast brought to us every morning which was absolutely beautiful everytime without fail and our room was always made up and kept very clean! Our room had a private plunge pool with amazing sunset views which felt very romantic and photos do it no justice! Thank you so much Sophia Boutique Hotel for making our stay one we’ll never forget, we will be coming back the next time we visit Santorini!!!

Amazing! The views, breakfast, location, and staff were awesome. My mom and I were so happy with our stay. The staff were so kind especially the bartender, front desk lady during the day and at night. They were able to arrange massages in our rooms, ordered us food to be delivered, and answered so many questions. The view from our room was great and this is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for somewhere low key, but beautiful. Breakfast was beautifully laid out every morning and we will be back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
