Good location, close to main station, a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but good. As I stayed in December, each of the rooms were gifted a bag of goodies. Nice touch. Clean room, shower was a little small but sufficient.

Highly recommended. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from the main station and close to the city centre. The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and provide excellent service, and the breakfast is good. My personal opinion is that the quality of this hotel is far above the expectations of general 3-star hotels.

First impressions were really good. We came early than the check-in time, asked if we could just store our luggages, come back at 15 hrs but the guy in reception checked for us if the room is ready so we can already get in and it was. Our planning for exploring Zurich city was done quicker because of this.

This hotel is in a super location. Everyone is so nice here. Our son only eats non-dairy and there were so many choices available for him (and vegan) for breakfast. Everything is comfortable and the hotel strives to make everything perfect. They even tried to help us find tickets to the chocolate museum - which sells out in August- so if you want to go, buy tickets for that before your arrive.

The location is 10/10! A good hotel room for a decent price. The only minus was a bit boring breakfast with a small selection. Defenetly a strong 4!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
