Could not recommend this place highly enough. It's in a great location, just 5 minutes from the central plaza and train station, and only 15 minutes from the port. The staff are very diligent, we had a power cut our first night and they came over and sorted it within an hour. Similarly, the blinds got stuck one morning and they had it repaired whilst we were out. Our room was a great size with a lovely terrace for eating breakfast or having a drink in the evening and it was tidied every day.

An apartment in an apartment complex. Call them upon arrival and they will meet you and take you to your room. If you have a car they will arrange valet parking with a nearby car park. The room was amazing with an incredible bath. Everything was new and in good condition. There is a coffee machine and other things you may need in the foyer.. breakfast is brought to your room.

It’s basically an apartment in an apartment. Very spacious, clean, modern and very close to the centre. Breakfast was brought to our room so we could eat it on the balcony. Didn’t have an iron but I asked for one and they brought one. Everything was excellent except we booked step free access to our room and the entrance has two steps to get to the lift so this is not as advertised and some people will not be able to use the accommodation.

Very nice and clean rooms, very friendly staff. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the main square in Sorrento. I highly recommend it

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
