        Verdict : This is most definitely not a 4 start hotel. I would at best say it's a near 2 starts hotel.(west EU rating) - lobby picture is scam. It's made with a fish eye cam and is far smaller than it looks in the picture - tv in the room is aged without any smart features - mini bar only contains water - beds are small and uncomfortable - shower head and bidet are rusty. - noisy street with lots of cars and trams sounds - we kept having to ask for toilet paper as they intentionally don't replace during cleaning to save cost! - House cleaning is doing a horrible job. - dirty towels all the time and we keep asking for new ones without black or yellow stains! - breakfast is terrible. Non of the meat of cheese is at all tasting to anything. Omelette smells terrible and the bread option is next to zero. Coffee/thee is also undrinkable with either reused or extremely cheap quality. We got both food poisoned after eating. Avoid non brand hotels in Istanbul at all cost! They are horrible and will ruin your holiday!

        Does not meet 4 stars. More like a motel. Extremely noisy! You can't sleep in the rooms from the tram passing below. Breakfast consists of 10 kinds of olives, old bread and cookies. Every day the same. We would not visit it again!

        Worst hotel ever unclean , staff is not well behaved and they have attitude ,, i respect rules but i wish it was conveyed in a good manner . It is very noisy at night ,, hotel staff are rude to people i ve never experience such behavior in istanbul and i ve been in so many hotels throughout my 15 years visit to istanbul especially the receptionist lady and a guy called coral very bad attitude and only one staff has the appropriate behavior with tourists called eman …coral came ro my room threatened me to call the police just because my friend dropped off some stuff for me only and will be leaving to tour around iatanbul it was 9:30 am So the point is that they are very rude unclean food is not wow ..bottomline worst experience ever in my 15 years visit to istanbul!!!!!

        When we arrived at the hotel we found 3 guys seating on the entry like in a ghetto. The food is very basic, and you have to wake up early for breakfast otherwise there is little choice, no Vienneses. Rooms are below 4 stars hotel standards, they don't have bedside lamps. Badly designed shower. Walls are not isolated so you have to be prepared for the noise of strange travelers! Last and not least, despite being near the center, the hotel is not well located and is plenty of thieves around. One night, returning to the hotel, a pickpocket stole my smartphone. You have to be careful. And I remember witnessing a French couple who claimed they had payment at checkout, but the reception denied receiving any payment! So you have to be careful with that hotel. The bottom line: avoid it. The only good point is that the staff is nice, but is not enough to book in again.
