        I stayed here for business. The hotel is located in a really great place with access to public transportation+ a very short distance from the city center. The staff who work there are amazing I had some issues with my rooms which were sorted immediately. The hotel owner or whomever is responsible for cleanliness checks should really consider checking twice the rooms as they were not cleaned properly.

        By far the WORST hotel I have stayed in and had the worst experience! We had our booking for 2 nights .The first night we checked into the room, it was in a pretty bad shape. - Room smelt of mold , very dingy and damp - Air conditioning does not work , the room was very stuffy and parts of the room had dust accumulated (See pictures) - We saw spider webs and mosquitoes breeding (See pictures). Could not open the windows - The bathroom does not have a wet and dry area separation. So water spills over everywhere once you take a shower. We just couldn’t stay in the room and asked if we could cancel our reservation and get a refund. This was 5 mins into checkin in to the hotel. We were told that a last minute cancellation was not possible however they would refund us for the first night and move us to a better room upstairs the next day. Little did we know that the room would turn out this way , because their website during booking says /shows something else. We were pretty vocal with the hotel manager Alex Zhao, on how our experience was and he assured he would refund us for the night and give us a better room next day. We barely slept that night, since I am allergic to mold and somehow got through. Next day , we got the room only at 3PM waited till we moved In , so we could take a shower and head out. We were told that it was an upgraded room but it was so hot . Felt like we were baking inside the oven. We were better off walking outside on the streets. We cancelled our plans for the day and was one of the worst experiences. All through our stay we logged all the information and have sent them detailed escalation emails to pursue our refund that was discussed. We have not received a response from them. We donot want any vouchers of any sort , and would not like to come back for a stay, given you have this problem for 1.5+ years and have not fixed it. They have been doing this with a lot of people and have consistently received bad reviews over months. This tells me that, they plan on running this business as much as they can while they make money out of it. Don’t fall into this trap. PLEASE BEWARE OF SUCH FRAUD! They donot keep up their words in anyway ! NOTHING ON THE WEBSITE DESCRIPTION MATCHES THE ROOM! I WOULD'NT PAY A PENY TO STAY HERE.

        Outside was 30 degrees, and air conditioning is not working. The worst experience ever on hot summer. Only good thing about this hotel is location. Also, you need a bigger logo or something on the front of the hotel.

        Excellent location within 200m of Amsterdam’s Centraal Station on route of tram 2. The lobby is small but the hotel staff are friendly and knowledgeable about local points of interest. Our room was on the top floor with a view of Amsterdam’s rooftops. A lovely triple with en-suite shower room and toilet. It was clean and well equipped. The wifi was very fast. There are lots of cafes, bakeries and bistros close by for breakfast lunch or dinner. Half an hour walk to the museums.
