Very cute, tiny room (literally just bed and small desk and mini fridge) and bathroom with sitting type of bathtub (unless you are 1.5m). Comfortable and enough to enjoy close by city. Walking distance to Tokyo tower and some great restaurants as well as station to take you fast to Tokyo city centre and beyond. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend 👌

Great location if you're flying into hanada as it's just 10 minutes walk from the monorail. The rooms are 10 square metres, quite small, very pokey. So if you have more than one large bag it could be a squeeze. So saying that as a three star hotel it was clean, comfortable and central to a lot of places.

Good Hotel to stay and in walkable distance from HM Cho and Daimon Stations. Rooms are very compact and you can manage if u r not specific on luxury rooms Hotel can consider early check in of 5hrs with applicable charges. Also lounge access if customer come very early

It exceeded my expectations, especially for the fact that the rooms can be pretty small, but I believe they are manageable. The rooms are well equipped with necessary items and amenities, I also like the toilet. I would recommend that you go for the breakfast option, which I really did enjoy, and I feel it's worth it as it can be annoying looking for places to have breakfast on top of lunch and dinner every day. Lastly, the view from the top floor rooms are wonderful!

If you want a direct connection to Haneda - Hamamatsucho station, this is probably one of the best location at its price range. Hotel is decently sized (small but packed with amenities) like most Japan hotels.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
