This is a fairly standard hotel. The only downside is the room size. Extremely small but that’s to be expected at this price point in Tokyo. It’s manageable for most travelers without large suit cases. Staff speak English and are help. There is a laundry room near the reception. I believe it’s 500-600¥ for a normal load. This machine will automatically dispense detergent. Another bonus is it will dry the clothes in the same machine. No need to move clothes from a washer to a dryer. The metro is within walking distance. Along with many shops. Restaurants are a little lacking. This hotel does offer discounts to near by gyms.

Hotel was great. Room might be a bit small but still very accommodating for 2 people. Staffs were very friendly and were accustomed with assisting guests that don't speak Japanese. Also, big prop for the staffs for assisting with my wife during our stay. She was feeling sick and needed to go to the ER. I called the front desk to ask them to call the ambulance. They were able to get one in 5 minutes and one of the staffs walked out with us to see us off. Room cleaning is very punctual. You also can put a sign out front to just request fresh towels, if you don't want house keeping to enter your room. The attached café serves very good breakfast buffet, with a small selection of Western and Japanese food.

Considering that Ginza is one of the most expensive areas in Tokyo, this is actually a pretty darn good mid range hotel. Tucked away from the main road and just a couple of minutes walk from the subway, the location is convenient for public transportation. The rooms are compact and I was glad that the beds were bigger than regular single beds. Plus point for the half sized bathtub in a compact room. Amenities are available at the hotel lobby and they’ve even got face masks, bath salt covered.

Standard hotel fare. Room is clean. All basic amenities available downstairs by the front desk. You can take as much as you need. Check in process was fast. At night in the neighborhood you will have women approach you for massages if you are a westerner. It is not an aggressive approach. Just continue walking.

Great location, right at Ginza area. Hotel breakfast is shabu shabu style, we love it. Staffs are really helpful. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Water pressure is good and hot instantly. Took 1 stars off, we found old sock from previous guest in the room and the air purifier and humidifier looks too old to use.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
