Clean and modern facilities. The rooms are not very big but they are comfortable. The reception is on the second floor and they have an autochecking service. They also have washing machines and all kinds of free amenities. It is well located and inexpensive.

great hotel for a visit to Tokyo. The rooms are on the smaller side, but definitely not uncomfortable. Everything was really clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. the subway line is a four minute walk a couple blocks away and there’s tons of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. would definitely stay again!

Rooms are fine. Very very small. A bit outdated as well, but very clean. The bathroom is a bit cramped as well. It was hard to fit our luggage and move around the room comfortably. Location was great. Right in the heart of Ginza within 5 minutes of walking. We were able to walk to Tokyo station, the imperial palace and the fish market within 15 minutes or so.

Very good location, 10 minutes walk from Tokyo Station. The rooms are small, but clean and equipped with everything what you need. The beds are very comfortable, the room is quiet. There is a conviniece store right next to the hotel. Very good choice for reasonable price.

As others have mentioned, the location is perfect. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in the area, as well as retail outlets including top end stores. Rooms are a generous size and have adjoining, or interconnecting room options. Great for families. Thank you

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
