Stayed here during the Christmas weekend. *More spacious than expected. And the room was very clean. *Great location, 5 minutes distance to subway station. More than 5 different convenience store within 10 minutes walk. (Which is really great) *Staff members were nice and very helpful. Would definitely recommend people to stay here. The only thing I didn’t like is that they use central air conditioning (which is common in Japan). Sometimes, the temperature is a bit too warm for me.

We enjoyed our stay here, as there were several train stations and convenience stores close by. They provided amenities at the front desk, which included sheet face masks, and free rental for items such as iron curler/hair straightener, nail clippers, iron etc. You also have the flexibility to request for cleaning or fresh towels, simply by placing a place card on your door. Super convenient - we were happy with our experience!

Loved staying here. Rooms were clean, area was quiet and super nice. Nearby the train station to take you to Shibuya for the nightlife. Half hour ride but worth it. Smaller sized nightlife next to the hotel just a street or two over. Lots of men in suits! We will definitely be returning to this hidden gem.

Stayed here for a week in late October, super close to Tokyo Station and within close distance of a lot of stuff. Staff were friendly but didn't speak great English. Rooms were clean and modern, small but that's to be expected in Tokyo. Wifi worked great. Bathroom was nice but there was a bit of a step to reach it (they provide stools for this purpose right by the elevators on each floor). Bed was very comfy, they have a range of pillows to choose from at reception. Breakfast wasn't very varied but it was good nonetheless. Laundry machines and a vending machine was on the 2nd floor (do note the laundry machines get taken fast so you better be quick or you may have to wait 2 hours until you can use them! Thankfully you can track how long they'll take on the TV.) One thing that really irked me was that while they offer luggage delivery it was exclusively Cash-On-Delivery, that is, you pay at your destination rather than at the hotel of origin. This is a method most hotels in Japan do not accept (the hotel I was heading to in Osaka being one of them) which meant I had to ship my luggage from a Yamato service center nearby which closed on weekends (I left for Osaka on a Sunday). This really inconvenienced me as they make zero mention of this on their website and had I known before I would've been able to plan ahead - or even pick another hotel! I really hope they change this arrangement in the near future (or at least note future guests of this on their website).

Very nice hotel. Good value for the money. The staff were very friendly. Check in opens at 15:00. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was nice. It is placed in a convenient area next to the train station (around 5 minute walk). It has a lot of restaurants and other stores nearby which is very nice. Overall a great stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
