The hotel is located next to a small shopping center just steps away from the Kyoto train station. The shopping center is connected to the train station with an underground path and has a few restaurants in the basement. The hotel looked rather new and the room was clean and was of good size. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and could communicate well in English. There are a couple vending machines for drinks and a couple of washers and dryers in a small room next to the lobby. A couple of small complaints that I have are that the TV was not placed in front of the bed but is located sideways. Also, there was only one pillow for each of us and we found the pillows just too soft. In general, I would recommend the hotel as it is good value for money.

Perfect location just a stone from Kyoto-Chi so there’s no need to worry about late arrival, etc. Room clean and up to standard with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Quiet for a good night sleep but Kyoto barely gets loud ;) Lawson literally downstairs 1-min away which is a huge plus ✅

Loved this hotel! Pros: - Spotlessly clean - Only 1 block away from the Kyoto train station (take the station’s South East Exit) - Delicious breakfast buffet with lots of options - Friendly staff Cons: - The Double Room is very small for non-Japanese standards. Would be cramped for 2 people. Not a problem if you just need a place to rest.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is small but considering the price, it is very worth. The hotel is near to Kyoto station. When you come out from the Kyoto station, do look out for hotel keihan, just go towards the direction and passed hotel keihan then you will see the Lawson. This hotel just right after Lawson. If you arrive or check out early in the morning, you can store your luggage for free.

The room was dirty, there was black hair in my bathroom and I am blonde, also at some point I dropped an earphone and while looking for it under the bed I found a pen! It didn’t belong to me, so they didn’t even clean under the bed and it wasn’t that far from the rim. There were no amenities in the room, everything is at the reception, yet they only offer q-tips, tea and hair brush. They are supposed to clean up the rooms every three days but mine didn’t get cleaned, so of course no new sheets or towels. The bathtub configuration is very uncomfortable and high, too hard to jump in and that is the shower too so if you can’t lift your knees or feet enough, will be hard to shower, the floor was slippery and no rods around it to hold on. The location is amazing! Just two blocks from a Donki mall and the train station. This place is only worth for the location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
