Incredible for value and service. The rooms were immaculate, loving the minimalist design and cleanliness. Toilets are well maintained. The service was great, I have to say thanks to some of the staff who treated me with awesome manners and smiles! Too bad I didn't get their names. Location is awesome, everything is walkable. Gojo station is nearby, and it's near the shopping district and a few popular destinations. Keep it up!

Stayed here early November 2023 for a couple of nights. Room 228. 5 stars because room is clean. It has everything you want. They got it all. Check out their details online. Location is great. It’s near famous landmarks and attractions. Liked everything here except that the rooms aren’t very soundproof. I can hear monkey guests next door or above. They can’t seem to do things quietly. The bathroom floor isn’t concrete like the room floors and it is quite soft and hollow. You have to be extra gentle. Monkeys who aren’t gentle will generate more noise and you can hear them if you are next or below them. I would have given 5 stars otherwise. Overall, it’s a great hotel.

This hotel is incredible value for money and in a great location. It has everything you could need. The staff were very friendly & accommodating. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised that our room had a Smart TV so we could log into our YouTube and Netflix accounts. Highly recommend this hotel as a budget friendly option - I will definitely stay again next time I visit Kyoto. Thank you!

Stayed for 7 nights in December, so the non-opening windows weren't an issue for us. The room is fairly big relative to other hotels in Japan on the same price range. We got 2 connecting rooms for about ¥17,900 a night, with breakfast for 4 people, which I'd say is good enough, and the selections are quite okay and slightly vary daily. As for the location, it's not so near the subway nor Kyoto Station (25-minute walk), so you must utilize taxis especially if you are a group of 2-3; buses are always full and Google Maps for some reason is not so accurate here in Kyoto (wrong routes, bus stops etc.). We have saved time and effort by using Uber (it will call taxis for you, can pin pickup/destination, so no language barrier problem). It's normally ¥1000 from Kyoto Station to the hotel. There are notices in Kyoto buses to avoid bringing luggage. 711 is around the corner, Fresco, for groceries as well. Cleaning the room is required every 3 days, so be aware. Staff were friendly and always eager to help or assist you. They also provided slippers and toothbrush for our kid. We also forwarded our luggage from KIX to the hotel, so it's hassle free, and they kept it for a few hours until we have checked-in.

Large rooms and a nice breakfast buffet that is value for money. The washing machines available in the hotel were an extra amenity provided. My daughter had to wait a long time to use the washing machines and she encountered an unreasonable guest that hogged the washing machine. She complained to the front desk and they were so thoughtful to help her do her laundry at midnight while she can rest. Great service from the nice front desk staff :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
