The room was too tiny for us (2 adults + 1 toddler). We brought 3 luggage and 1 baby stroller and they barely fit in the room. We need to rearrange the layout of the room, push several things out here and there to make space. There is barely any space in front of the bed, too. We've been to several hotels in Japan and we're aware the majority of the hotel room spaces are tight but this one probably the smallest rooms that we've ever been. Prior to this we stayed in Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nagoya-Sakuradoriguchi and the room has more space to put our stuff. We were supposed to stay there for 4 nights but unfortunately we decided to check out a day early and move to a different hotel. I'd say the room is more suitable for a single person or 2 adults max with no more than 2 luggage. However despite these issues, the value is great and breakfast was included. The staff was very kind and helpful as well. Location wise it's close to subway station, which is convenient. I'm not sure if there are bigger rooms available of if this is the default size room.

Staff is friendly but does not speak English very well. To rate the service is somewhat difficult, because check-in and out is done by a machine. Is self-service service at all? Staff is helpful operating it though. Lockers available to put luggage in, after or before your stay. Not cheap for what it is - but, hey... Tokyo. Breakfast is included, but very simple.

The staff at the reception was VERY kind and helpful. Whenever we had a question, they researched for us until we had the answer. The hotel is close to the underground station "Kayabacho" (1-2 min by foot), but other thN that there's not much to see in that area. Rooms were always clean and our twin bed room was rather large considering the average size of Japanese hotel rooms. We'll keep the place in mind for the next trip.

Original room stank of cigarettes (fully non smoking hotel). I was able to change to another room which was OK but this shouldn't happen in the first place. Otherwise the rooms are adequate but small as normal in Tokyo. Bed was comfortable which is the main thing. I wouldn't choose this hotel or brand again due to the smell issue.

We stayed for seven nights. The room is small (compared to hotels in Indonesia), but it is effective. All basic necessities including a face mask, lotions, face moisturizer and even a bath powder were provided in the lobby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
