Best location. Situated next to one of the Namba exits, No. 10. The hotel lobby at level 2 has a microwave, vending machines & laundromat. The hotel provides nightwear, which is very useful as guests do not need to wash extra clothes. The Family Mart is at level 1, which we visited daily for necessity. Last but not least, thumbs up for their cleanliness & housekeeping.

Hotel is just next to exit 7. But if you are carrying big luggages, use exit 10 which will put you across the road on the opposite side. Just turn right when you come out of exit 10 of namba metro station and you will see the hotel right there at your 1 o’clock. The pillows in this hotel is too thin and soft, so be prepared to ask for extra pillows. Rooms are also really small and if you have 2 people with 2 big luggage, it will be a squeeze. Convenience store is just downstairs which is very handy. Room is not vacuumed so you may see dust and hair entering the toilet after couple of days. So use the slippers they give.

I stayed there for total 4 days with different dates and different rooms size. I just want to say, it’s literally the best you can get for the price. The hotel literally provides EVERYTHING, what else could you ask for? The service was good and I was amazed by it. People complaint about the size of the room which confuses me as you can literally see and view the photo of the room when you make reservation, why don’t opt for bigger room instead of commenting about small size of room 🤣, not making any sense at all. You pay for what you get and I gotta say Sotetsu is the best for the price range. Just one little thing, you can prepare clean wipes to clean the plastic thingy in the washing machine as there were a lot of dust accumulate inside it when i was using it. But that doesn’t really make this hotel bad, I still think this hotel is good. Will definitely book again and also try different Sotetsu hotels.

This hotel location is amazing but the service it’s AWFUL. We paid for the double deluxe. As an American, we have been happy with all the hotels here - but this is a warning to look elsewhere. The hotels here are very small by nature, but this room was the smallest of them all, just enough space for a bed and access to that bed and bathroom. There isn’t any luggage storage space and only two hooks to hang clothing. Each room has a max of 3 pillows and services are not provided to the rooms beyond cleaning services. I’m guessing to save on waste, no amenities are provided beyond hangers, towels, and soap. For the cost, this hotel is absolutely not worth it - even with its location benefits. No points for cleanliness and housekeeping. Just look elsewhere - try APA. We booked this hotel thinking it would be a step up from APA as first time travelers to Japan. We were wrong. If you want a great location, this is your place!

Excellent location with walkable distant to Namba station and midoji subway. 15 mins to dotonbori and 10 mins to seafood street. Wifi is fast. The rooms are very small but doable if you put the luggage against the door. From desk to bed is less than 2 feet space. They provide many toiletries and other accommodations for free. Check in on 2nd floor and check out time at 11am. Slippers and robes are provided as well as umbrella. A luggage weight scale is in the lobby. Family mart is right next to the hotel. One minor fault was the customer service at the end of the service at check out, she was accommodating but skipped the pleasantries.
