Highly recommend for solo and couple travellers! There's a nearby train station exit just a few meters from the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfy. The bathroom is better than I thought it would be. Hot shower was working well, plus has the typical smart Japanese toilet. I looooove the deep tub! On Level 2, there's wash and dry laundry machines available to use, microwave, ice machine, and 3 vending machines: Hot & Cold Drinks, Ice Cream, and Alcohol You can request for late checkout priced at ¥1,000/hr. They only accept credit cards. They also have a smoking area inside the building. All the staff were super nice and accommodating.

The room was decent despite being on the smaller side (we knew what to expect, the room was larger than the same hotel chain in Tokyo). They had good facilities like washing/dryer combo machines and the staff were generally very accommodating and friendly apart from one interaction. The breakfast was so so, would only get if a cheap add-on. If booking directly online, they have a free membership program for earlier check-in/late check-out and cash back on check-out.

The lobby and the restaurant area looks a bit dirty. The room is small and tight but it has too many swing doors that takes up too much space. There is hardly sufficient space to open up 2 luggage.

Room is clean and roughly 10mins from big train station. Everything is fine except the laundry. They only have 3 machines and it made my clothes stink like a sweaty gym. I can’t stand it so i washed the same batch of cloth each night 2hours each. Final result is that it stink. I wasted all the money and time to try to fix it…… pls clean your washing machine at noon and buy better detergent……..now my whole luggage gonna stink

We ordered a prepay package to the hotel before we check in, due to information problems, the front desk receptionist did not receive it. We are very grateful to the service staff at the hotel's email backend for patiently replying to the message and helping us contact the logistics. We also thanked the receptionist lady at the counter for helping. They were very patient in assisting us during the process.
