A total of 4, 2 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 child. They have a connecting room, so it's good. The problem is that all connecting rooms are double beds, so my 2 kids (1 boy, 1 girl) have to share the bed. There's on and off train passing by. Not very loud, but there is sound, so if you are sensitive to sound, here is a no. They do provide ear plugs, so if it helps, then get it at the counter area. Like other sotetsu hotel They provide the usual amenities. Love how Japan provides all these amenities. There is a family mart on the first floor.

Close to the train station, making it easy to get to when you have luggage with you. The hotel itself is cozy and has a small supermarket underneath it which is very convenient. The rooms are simple, compact and are isolated well enough for the A/C to get it to a cooler temperature to your liking, since Japanese summers are hot and humid. The service was excellent, and they tried their utmost best to help me with the luggage service, transporting my luggage to the airport so I did not have to drag this with me on the train. Very happy with my stay here :)

Location was AMAZING. So easy to get too shimbashi station and a family mart right underneath. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were neat and comfortable, but definitely on the smaller side for a couple. Would be perfect for a solo traveller. The bed was also quite hard but that's my own personal opinion.

The location is great it’s located near Shimbashi station which is only one stop away from Tokyo station. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Also a family mart right downstairs. My only complaint is how tiny the rooms are. I have an oversize luggage and cannot open it or have it standing up. The location and price trumps this issue. I would probably only recommend the room for a solo traveler.

Really simple and clean room, not all staff can communicate in English but they have translating machines. There’s no accessible lifts from Shimbashi station to the G floor so if you’re holding heavy luggage do take note. Convenient if it’s without the luggage. Overall good experience. :))

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
