Very friendly staff that is able to help you in english. The self check in/out machines are straight forward and easy to use. The room is standard for Tokyo, but I was surprised by how big the bathroom was. Great view of Tokyo Tower from the room in the upper levels. There are many bars and restaurants nearby, if you don't like to walk through them, there is the option to walk around via the main road (5 extra minutes). Very nearby the station and the best was the convenient store on the first level. Will stay there again if I go to Tokyo.

Like other Hotels in Tokyo or Japan in general the rooms are a bit small. But very functional and clean. Location is really good as there a train line within 8 min. of walking. The is that there is a Lawson accessable through the lobby. There is a selfcheckin counter and also sraff members. Some speak good english some less. Overall good for the money and location we paid

Staff was attentive and helpful, limited English but enough to get by (recommend a translation app) . Lawson’s attached to the lobby. 2 blocks from Shimbashi Station, numerous places to eat close by. Rooms are small but serviceable. I would stay there again with no concerns.

It was very close to shinbashi station and very convenient. Maybe good value but im not so sure about that. The room was tiny in a way that we hardly fit 2 carryons. there was no phone to call anywhere else other than other hotel rooms. There was a public phone that charges you 100 yen/min!!! The breakfast was awful. 4 choices of food only. Mostly white bread and a tiny bit of something (ham or jam).

Awesome location. Close to train station and food with a Lawsons attached, which is extremely convenient. Easy to get around. Rooms are on the smaller side but completely fine for somewhere to lay your head and plenty of amenities. Staff are great, always helpful, and have a smile.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
