Staying at the Fresa Inn hotel is wonderful! The simplicity and functionality of the rooms, along with the complimentary amenities, made the stay enjoyable such as the various bath salts and had a variety of coffee and teas to choose from. Having a Halal restaurant nearby is convenient, and the hotel's proximity to the train station and a nearby convenience store makes it super accessible for travelers. Comfortable and convenient stay overall!

My wife and I stayed at this Sotetsu Fresa Inn for 12 nights and here’s what I have to say about my stay here 1. My checkin experience wasn’t smooth. Apparently the entire staff at the reception did not know how to scan a passport without an IC chip and were pretty lost for a good 10 minutes or so. 2. The rooms are way too cramped compared with their Toyocho hotel. 3. The house-keeping was good, like any other Sotetsu Fresa Inn. 4. The location is great and has good public transport connectivity as well as lot of shops and good eateries around. 5. The road leading to the JR Station has a few girls bar and may feel shady. People drinking and smoking near the 7/11s.

The hotel room is clean but sheets are a bit old. Pillows are comfortable. Excellent location but there are a few sleazy girls bars nearby. I was, however, disappointed by the two dryers which were extremely inefficient. This resulted in some guests having to use the dryers for 90 mins because their clothes were still damp. In the end, I had to use a nearby laundromat (around 300m away) which was much better. For guests who are doing some washing, I recommend using the laundromat instead of wasting your time and money on the machines at the hotel.

An excellent hotel conveniently located only minutes away from Kinshichō Station, which is in turn only three stops from Akihabara Station. Booking early online, I was able to secure a very reasonable rate of ~$62/night. The staff was very polite and helpful, my room was immaculately clean, and the bonuses of a welcome drink and cash back upon checking out by signing up for the free membership program online was a nice cherry on top. I was also provided with a complimentary upgrade from a single bed to a double wide, which was a pleasant surprise. If you're looking for a good home base in Tokyo at an affordable price, you can't get much better than this.

I left a good amount of money hidden in my room- and forgot it there before traveling to Sapporo. The hotel staff were extremely helpful in recovering the money for me, and no money was missing when I recovered it. A great hotel with a great location and honorable staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
