I don't consider it a good hotel for foreigners. Breakfast is simple and only has Japanese options. Most of the staff were friendly, but they didn't speak English. I make these comments because I stayed at another hotel in the chain, which was just as well located, cheaper, and had a better breakfast. When I needed help unpacking broken luggage, they offered the service for almost $20. I asked if there was any other option, and the answer was "google it." I understand that Tokyo has a strict trash policy, but the response was rude, and the next hotel on my trip helped me bag free of charge.

We're stayed in this hotel while we're in Tokyo in Oct and Nov this year. This location is fairly close to Tokyo Station and subway station is just around the corner. The room is not big, it's fairly clean, good for visitors who won't be staying in the room for long time. bed and pillows were fairly comfortable. We went to few cities in Japan, so we checked in and out few times at this hotel and stayed in different rooms. they're pretty much the same for the bed and pillow comfortability, cleanliness in different rooms. The service was very good, especially Nicole and a tall young gentleman (I forgot his name) were very polite, and helpful. Most importantly, they speak English very well, which I think a lot of tourists' common complaints when travelling in Japan is the communication in English with the staff in hotels and restaurants. For someone who can speak good English in the front desk is definitely a big bonus. Especially, when we want to know how to get to certain places, or recommendation of restaurants from the local people.

Room is small, but still enough for opening one luggage box. For larger room it's enough for opening two luggage boxes. Toilet is a bit smelly but looks clean. Bed is acceptable with such a cheap price in tokyo. Service can be confusing sometimes. Depends on which staff you encounter. Walls are thin. When people talk outside of the room I can hear clearly.

When we stopped by to leave our luggage, we were greeted with a smile by Nicole. She is amazing and very welcoming. The room was cozy and clean. It's an older hotel compared to their Nagoya location that requires some updates but regardless I loved our stay and had no issue with out stay. Pretty close to Tokyo station and kyobashi station. A bunch of 7/11 close by. Ginza shopping is also close. There's a lot to do near by. On our last night the 2 gentlemen at the front desk was so helpful in making sure my luggage makes it to our next hotel in Osaka. Perfect stay! Thank you!

Good location, friendly staff. Only issue is the cleanliness of the room. Please refer to the picture. It’s been left as it is for 2 days despite me pulling the rack out to make the cleaning area more accessible for the cleaning staff. Shower doors also look moldy. Can recommend this place for short term stay but definitely not for long term.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
