Very pleased with this hotel, centrally located and close to Roppongi shops and subway station. Room size was decent by Tokyo standards, large bathroom unit with bathtub, excellent range of free amenities (bath salts, lotions, face mask, tooth brush, etc) available from reception, reasonably priced buffet breakfast at connected G/F café Late check-out hourly charge beyond 11am, which is reasonable

This was a choice by chance and such a gem. Checking in, the staff was amazing. Even though I speak almost no Japanese, they were able to help me efficiently and got a tired traveler to their room quickly. The room was perfect. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. Pajamas and slippers laid out, shampoo, etc, are already stocked in the bathroom. There's an electric kettle for tea and cups- real ones- not the cheap disposable paper like at US hotels. A remote to control the Ac/heat until for the room. They bring you fresh towels everyday OR clean your room. There are a bunch of freebies provided in the lobby of the hotel. And I LOVE that you have to have a room key to get to the levels above the lobby. It adds to the sense of safety at this hotel. The other bonus is the amazing Cafe on the ground floor. Delicious food and drink and delightful service. I WILL be staying here again!!

The room is fairly spacious (especially the toilet). The service is lacking because this is a budget hotel. However, my friend and I booked two rooms under the same name but they arranged us on a different floor. The hotel location is close to the convenience store and railway station but the area is kind of dangerous. I will revisit again as the price is fair and live up to the standard.

Excellent hotel if you don’t need anything more than the minimum of a bed and shower. The rooms are very clean. They’re small but if you’re traveling, you won’t be in your room most of the time anyways. Staff are very friendly as well. For the price, it’s hard to beat.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
