Yea the rooms are small, this is Tokyo! The location is great and near 2 train stations including the Yamanote Line and in the south of the city closer to rainbow bridge and the Haneda airport. The area is quiet and buisness centric. There is a natural lawsons next door, as well as a normal lawsons and small grocery store. We have stayed here 3 different times and are coming back next week. The prices are also great and you can sometimes find really good deals directly on their website, just make an account! Overall the price, cleanliness and location of this hotel make it our go to in Tokyo!

The staff is great the room is as expected small but the size is pretty average across Tokyo if you’re looking for affordable stay inn. if you’re looking for a place that is accessible in Tokyo, consider this place cos it is close to JR Yamanote line train.. stores like 711 and Lawson is just around the corner, the staff is great they also provide complementary bath necessities if needed. Definitely looking forward on staying here once again :)

Stayed in room 1018 from 13-18 Oct. The cleanliness needs to be improved. Housekeeping is slacking here. Spoken to the manager about the cleanliness during our stay and slight improvement. Management need to spot check and see the dirty room themselves. Not sure why I’m unable to upload pictures. I can email the pictures to the hotel personally if required. Thanks

Good service in a good location,near JR train station and not far from Tokyo 🗼 tower. Clean helpful,and kindness staff. I would prefer to stay there again when in Tokyo.

Near Tamachi Station. Good neighborhood. Nice staffs. Lot of daily needs (such as moisturizer, razor, cotton buds, tea, power bath...) that you can pick for yourself. In the room we get hairdryer, air purifier, also pyjamas. Lawson beside the hotel. Much love for this hotel, will stay here again if I go to Japan oneday!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
