Had a great weekend stay here with my family. Very nice staff, clean rooms, hot shower, WiFi, free use of umbrella among others. The water on the tap is drinkable too. For me it's a convenient location, just outside and a few steps away are convenience stores, fastfoods and the most important, near a Train Station (Tokyo Metro Toyocho Sta.). Just hop in towards your next train stop. it's generally safe in Japan.

The room was pretty small but sufficient. My luggage is quite large so I literally need to put it on the bed in order to open the luggage normally. Their amenities was great, from coffee and the complimentary, good selections of tea, and they even had bath salt. They also had hair dryer in each room. Service was quite great but unfortunately the staff was not very good in English.

Before people start complaining about how small it is, please, you are in Japan. If you want a bigger room that fits a lot of stuff, you might not be lucky with affordable business hotels. Go after something more luxurious. That aside, the rooms are super clean and new, and despite being small, they are super good and comfy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They even remember me when I came to check in again after a week out. The check-in and check-out process is super easy. The location is amazing! Toyocho station (Exit 5) is at the side of it. Inside the hotel, there are 2 restaurants and a café. Near it, you have a wide variety of stores and restaurants at a walkable distance. Sadly, I couldn't get a front view in any of the rooms I was in, but despite that, I felt pretty comfortable. My only complaint is the laundry that is very disputed among the guests, maybe a second room with more machines could be helpful. I know there is a 24-hour laundry around the area, but I didn't need to go there. Overall, I can only say it was an amazing experience going to this hotel. I 100% recommend it and definitely my first option when returning to Tokyo.

I was in Tokyo for work and stayed here for a month. Luckily, I got a room on their topmost floor and it had a good view. The Tokyo metro station entrances are a few metres away and so are the bus stops. There are a decent number of shops and restaurants at a walkable distance from the hotel. The room was well kept and the hotel staff was always polite and helpful. They provide you with everything that you can possibly require on a trip and I had no complaints whatsoever during my month long stay there. You also get deals and discounts at the restaurants on the first floor if you are staying there. If I were to visit again for a longer stay, I’d definitely consider this hotel as one of my top choices.

The hotel location is great. It’s one minute walk from subway station. In the surrounding area there are many convenience stores and restaurants, some of them open 24 hours. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. The room is small compared to North America standards, but it’s not any problem. The hotel has everything you need. It is clean and comfortable. There are a small refrigerator and an air purifier in the room. The front lobby also has many additional items like tea, coffee, toothbrushes, clothes iron, and etc free of charge. The internet speed is very fast, 100mb+. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
