To be fair, location and room was okay. However serious flaws with housekeeping’s training and general service. 1. Hair dryer cord exploded. When I contacted reception, they took ages to bring replacement, offer no apologies and the placement has some cracks on surface too. Safety issues right there. 2. Housekeeping threw away my bag with unwashed clothes. When I contacted reception, the first thing they did was saying housekeeping said they did not touch my stuff. I insisted that they threw away 2 bags, one of which had my clothes. They didn’t call me to inform but went straight to the room and gave me the bag when they found it. No apologies whatsoever. 3. House keeping threw away hotel slippers everyday (wasteful) and did not replace slipper on last day. Also, they did not refill toilet paper until asked to. Firstly, inconsistent and bad housekeeping training. Secondly, flawed follow up services and flawed recognition of responsibility. Hotel staff insisted they made no mistake, then actually discovered they made a mistake, and still did not apologise to customer. And I still have not forgotten the hairdryer that exploded. Not in their control yes, but I am baffled by the service that follow. They think hairdryer exploding is normal and customers just need to accept that? This may be a Japanese chain hotel but perhaps the service standard in Korea is so low, or they can’t train local staff.

This hotel is really incredible especially if you are coming from other countries. The subway station is right next to the hotel, so it has been super convenient. The staff at the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful - you won’t find anything troubling. My suite was much bigger than what I thought - had a couch and proper desk on top of our double size bed. My favourite part was the cleanliness. I highly recommend it.

The room is nice but the amenities are average: hardly any welcome tray (coffee is just disgusting) nor any real service. Staff is kind but not helpful when given a situation to help solve. We're left to our own devices and that's it. The view is okay though the large avenues below are noisy. A lot of fuss and fancy looks but not worth it. Disappointing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
