I loved this hotel and the location. I started my period a week early while I was asleep and got some blood on the sheets and my shower towel unknowingly. They charged me $60 extra. I could get that out in 10 seconds with bleach, and also I can't control that. I've worked house keeping for years and would never ever even dream to do this to someone and embarrass them like that. They brought the sheets to the front desk and showed everyone the stains. Bad customer service. The stains were small and the sheets white, seriously they're gonna bleach that and it'll be like it never even happened. They were very rude about the whole thing.

I came to this hotel after a retreat because they have the nice big soaking tub. I thought it would be nice with the spa to just relax. Unfortunately the room points into an open atrium that echoes all noise and voices from below or above. My room was so loud from the music above at the pool or talking below from the workers who would scrap tables or chairs across the floor. And there is a water fountain that makes noise as well. So over all too much sound stimulation. The king bed was nice clean and the room was in order. The shower never got hot water but the bathtub did no problem. When I arrived the front desk didn’t offer me any water or anything. When I requested water to them they said they were out and I said what about the restaurant they said I would need to pay. Breakfast has about 6 different options for you to choose from that are included in your stay. Service was slow for this meal. I would not recommend this hotel if you were looking for peace and quiet. Also no coffee maker in the room or blow dryer. It does have mini fridge.

Went for a massage and hydrotherapy session They give a robe and locker to put your stuff you get escorted to the Japanese meets India hydrotherapy room. You get a salt scrub for your steam room session and and a frozen face towel with essential oil for the sauna part Hydrotherapy was alright need to be slightly warmer but jets work good there is a longer pool for floating or relaxing and some chairs. They offer diff et beverages and teas and also nuts and cranberries if you want any. I came for the massage the hydro was a bonus because the massage with Gino was amazing!!!! I have not had a good massage in Mexico ever cheap yes good never until this guy I felt so relaxed as his hand just turned me to butter He is worth every penny and the 80 mins did not fly by at all and I feel so relaxed and chill after wards great way to end your day

"We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel that we decided to come back! The location is excellent, and the rooms are always clean. The hotel also has a rooftop pool and is conveniently situated close to the shopping street, the beach, a large supermarket, as well as smaller, more authentic local restaurants and shops. They make you wear this bracelet for your whole stay that pokes you non stop And you aren’t allowed to take it off, the showers are filthy and there is no hot water, When we got to the hotel their were dirty sheets and towels all over the floor right in front of our room that we had to skip over, our bed sheets had NASTY big orange stains on them covered purposely by the blanket, the beds are very small and can barely fit two people, they only give you two towels in a four person suite and the floors are very dirty getting dirt all over your feet and make it black. The view is outside right next to a building that is getting built making the building noises annoy you nonstop even when you are sleeping.
