We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a 3 bed room, which was perfect for our family. Breakfast each morning had everything you could need and was in a delightful setting. Staff was friendly and helpful, and you can't beat the location. It's within walking distance of some attractions/hop-on bus stops. We would stay here again.

Exceptional 3 star hotel. The positives, of which there were many: -Super friendly receptionists and staff. Eager to help. -Exceptional breakfast. Tons of options. High quality meats, cheeses, and baked treats. -Bright relatively spacious room. I didn't have the best view, but it didn't really matter. -Very clean. -Great location. Very close to the subway. -Relatively quiet. The negatives. There were a few but the positives greatly outweigh them: -Tiny bathroom with no bidet for some reason (unusual for Italy). -Room could use a bit of TLC with some chipped paint here and there. Overall a great experience.

The hotel has an excellent location and good connections, especially for those visiting the FAO headquarters. It is excellent value for money and the staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable, attending to every need. Well worth it!

We stayed at this hotel for one week. Everything with this hotel is perfect. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very beautiful and clean. I liked the furniture inside of our room. The hotel has the best accessibility to whatever you wish: to subway, restaurants, Colosseum ...! Highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
