Terrible experience at this hotel, my vacation turned into a nightmare. My money was stolen from my purse in my hotel room from one of the cleaning ladies while I was eating breakfast two floors downstairs!!! We had to call the police to do the report but of course none of my money was returned back to me. I am completely disappointed by this hotel and I don’t recommend it to no one as it is not secure enough. I don’t know how they hire people as their own employees steal from the guests. Please be careful.

Dirty rooms with a smell, the staff forgot to give us the remote control for the air conditioner and sheets for the bed, we also found old bed linen in the closet. I do not recommend the rooms, they seemed very dirty and the staff barely greeted us when we were passimg reception. Also a problem with parking

We found this hotel while searching for a hotel on Booking for 4 nights/5 days for our Budapest holiday and we made a reservation. The location of the hotel is in a good place, you can reach almost everywhere within 10-15 minutes walking distance. When we arrived at the hotel around 10:30 in the morning, they said that we had to wait until 14:00in the afternoon for check-in, so we left our luggage in the room behind the reception and took a look at the city. When the check-in time came, we returned to the hotel. Even though I have a registered card on Booking.com, they took a physical card from me again and paid at the POS machine. I don't know if it's an application that changes from hotel to hotel, but there were hotels in Krakow where I made direct online payment and entered. After payment they gave the room key. Our room was on the third floor, when we went out and opened the door of the room, it looked very nice at first, the ceiling of the room was very high. The room was very spacious, the beds were large even though they were made from single beds. Then, when we looked at the details of the room, we noticed that the inside of the drawer was dirty. There were black stains on the cover of the bed. Also, there was a mold-like stain on the ceiling of the room. TV only had Hungarian and German channels. I expected English TV channels in such a touristic city. There was a coffee machine, refrigerator and a safe in the room. When checking in, they gave us a paper for breakfast and says you will get it with it, but no one checked in the breakfast room. breakfast was open buffet style, but the same things came out every day. The breakfast for the first 2-3 days was fine for me, but the breakfast we had before we left on the last day was bad. There was no hot water and no coffee, and the juice machines were also empty. In general, it is a reasonable hotel for tourists because of the price of the room, the breakfast and the location of the hotel. I take off one star because the room is dirty

Overpriced for what its offered. Check in starts from 14, you can leave your luggage in the reception area and they have a (very) small toilet if you need. The room was okay, though not exceptionally clean - found hair on my pillows that didn’t belong to me. Position is fine, close to the metro, buses, etc. Breakfast was VERY disappointing, no alternatives in terms of milk for lactose intolerants. Food was scarce and I didn’t dare to try the coffee after reading the other reviews. For the same price you can probably find something way better outside.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
