This hotel is a disaster. It cannot be considered a 4-star hotel according to international standards. Everything is bad over there: the rooms are in bad condition and would require serious refurbishment, sound isolation doesn't exist and most of all, you don't feel secure: the room door is so little secure that anyone can probably sneak into your room with little effort (see photos and videos). I was personally victim of robbery: my iPad was stolen during my stay and the staff didn't show any willingness to help me to investigate the case. Now, this has been reported to the police who is supposedly taking care of the case. Additionally, when I arrived, the vault was not working and the glass door of the shower wouldn't close so the water was spilling all over the place. Plus I was constantly facing the noise from all the ACs running 24/24 in the backyard. And don't forget to bring your own toiletries - the ones offered by the hotel are simply disgusting. I am really disappointed and will never return there.

Nice standard city hotel, located right between Copacabana and Ipanema and very close to Gen. Osorio metro station. The rooms are a bit faded (as is the whole place, frankly) but perfectly comfortable, there is a small, but very atmospheric rooftop terrace and an ok breakfast buffet. Staff were very friendly, especially Mr Franz at reception.

COCKROACHES!!!🪳🪳 Old hotel Racism = you can have guests as long as they are not black Hidden charges - water should be complementary, instead they dont tell u and overharge you for small cups at end The maid took some cover during cleaning and then the receptionist complained its missing 🤦‍♂️

Great value for money! The hotel obviously knew better times but it's still clean and has big rooms with good AC. The breakfast is up to international standards with a local touch as well. Friendly staff, outstanding service by Ms Ursula, the soul of the hotel. Superb location, 5 minutes walk to Copacabana and 10 to Ipanema.

2 stars at most. Rather old facility, wooden floor full of cracks, mattresses must have lived through the last Olympics, elevators definitely don’t look or feel modern(ized) and a sub par breakfast. Could be an ok accommodation at half of the price. Upside: nice, vivid and helpful staff. Room and sheets were clean.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
