This fabulous hotel offers the most luxurious stay.The position right off the Camps Bay strip is a great plus. Exquisites designer interior and attention to details from the best quality linen to a fully stocked fridge. The service is a 5 star. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights and it's a beautiful hotel with great customer service. Our room was facing the ocean/beach. I didn't give our stay 5 stars because we found the beds too small if you need a room for two. This made it hard to sleep comfortably. I hope you can work on increasing the size of the beds in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at South Beach Boutique Hotel's grand suite, and my experience was exceptional. The suite was spacious, elegantly decorated, and thoughtfully designed and provided the perfect sanctuary during my visit. The attention to detail was impressive with an array of amenities from luxurious linens to high-end toiletries. The suite also boasted modern technology, ensuring my convenience with amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. They were not only friendly and approachable but also went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining options were so helpful. Additionally, the hotel's prime location in the heart of Camps Bay allowed for easy access to the beach, lively nightlife, and trendy shops and restaurants. We could not have hoped for a better end to our 10-day trip to Cape Town. We felt so comforted and well taken-care of from the start. Communications were prompt and easy via Whatsapp. They constantly checked that we’re good and happy with our stay. We walked into an impressive room, they have certainly put so much thought into all the little details you can think of. The fridge is full with food and yes they’re all complimentary! This is the first time in my travels I experience this. Hats off to Denni (Senior Manager), Jenna and her team. The owner, Tony, has certainly got the essence of hospitality right. All the little details are spot on and made the stay exceptionally memorable. We would choose South Beach again without a doubt and I highly recommend you experience a stay here too.

We had a fantastic stay at South Beach Hotel. Ther staff were always helpful and friendly. The idea of having your fridge stocked daily with smoked salmon, cheese, eggs etc was a great touch as we could have breakfast at our leisure on our balcony while taking in the great sea views.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
