For me, i got all package that i want in here and the staff really helpful. Don't forget to put the towel down so the can change, and follow the rules on the paper. They have pantries, laundry room, dining table or you can use for work and just sitting at the ground floor. Nearby the bus station.

This place is great! Has to with Netflix, a desk in the room, it’s very clean and quiet. Staff is super friendly. We came here 2 times and can only highly recommend. There are buses going to central, causeway bay in front of the hotel, restaurants and shops around. The perfect place, also close to great hiking spots!

Room is neat, clean and well maintained. Front desk staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Location is great as there's a bus that goes to the nearby MTR station and Central. It's great value and definitely will stay in this hotel again.

South Nest is a fair price, full facility and nice service. It is still very new and modern. I stayed in HK for 4 nights and tend to go out to the city almost every day. Despite the MTR is a bit longer walk, the buses are very convenient and bring you to all the bigger cities. All bus stops are just 2-5 minutes walk. I used a taxi during the night and I think it was a fair price too. I booked this hotel via Agoda and there is no issue with it. Once you arrive at the hotel, you need to deposit either via credit card or cash for 500 HKD. Once you check out, you can leave your luggage till 18:00. The shared facilities are well-maintained, especially the pantry room where you can cook and fill fresh water. The room is relatively small but fully modern in design and functional. There are plenty of USB sockets. There is a mini refrigerator. It is important to note that the Wi-Fi is dope. Lastly, the mattress and pillow are decent, not super rock hard but fair. Below are the following things I think it need to be improved 1) The AC in the room or pantry room is extremely loud, sometimes I turn it off for peace of mind 2) The cleaner does not clean change the cup in a room and provide a new tea bag 3) Coffee was not available at the hotel 4) The elevators are slow and there are only 2. All and all, I am satisfied with this hotel since it is located in a more calm and relaxed area. You can enjoy Aberdeen or walk by the river.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we had an amazing stay. The room is not big enough to open your luggage but has table where you can put your personal stuff. The room is clean and the bathroom is superb. There is shared kitchen in every floor where you can get water for drinking and tables to eat your meal. A short walk from the hotel is the bus stop (bus going to kowloon and almost anywhere), mcdonalds, convenience stores and bakeshops. The staff were okay, we have a smooth check in and check out procedures. A 500hkd deposit is required

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
