Apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. Multiple pools to choose from. The apartments are located next to the shopping centre, the freight railway line and multiple car dealerships, so it's not the most picturesque location. Around 20 minute walk to the esplanade.

Located almost next to Cairns Central and our room 1425 was clean and well presented upon arrival. Not big but ok for our 5 night stay. No lifts and wifi pretty slow at peak times. A good 15 min walk to Esplanade.We would stay here again.

FALSE ADVERTISING, RUDE STAFF, UNRESOLVED ISSUES. Disappointing Representation, Room Condition, and Unresolved Issues The Southern Cross Atrium Apartments website paints a picture-perfect scene with palm trees, a tropical paradise, a breezy vibe, and a sparkling pool. However, the reality was a stark contrast. The room lacked the refreshing ambience promised; instead, it felt stuffy and uninviting. The view faced an uncomfortably enclosed area, sparking safety concerns in case of an emergency. Moreover, the room condition was subpar, showing burn marks on counters, a grimy kitchen backsplash, and rusty appliances. Despite raising these concerns with Karen at check-in, no resolution was reached. She took an age and argumentative stance with us and tried to blame us for their false advertising. Despite leaving promptly, the mismatch between the promised paradise and the actual conditions left us disheartened and sceptical about the hotel's website portrayal. After bringing this up with Karen, she claims they "don't guarantee a view." But there was no mention or depiction of rooms facing concrete walls on their website, and she even admitted no one would want to stay in a room that looked like that in the pictures. Still, she expected us to stay there. These rooms are in no way similar to what was pictured. Understandably, we didn't expect the exact same view, but should be offered something at least equivalent, as this changes the whole vibe of feeling like being in a resort vs. being in a cell block. Additionally, we were denied the chance to switch rooms for three days, with threats of extra charges for "cleaning fee" for the room change once available. There is a whole building of rooms like this, and these should be offered as a different room type "no view, bargain room, etc" at a discount, rather than being pawned off as the same thing. Despite our immediate departure and addressing concerns promptly, they seek to charge us a cancellation fee for three nights. Our advice: explore other options; there are better choices in Cairns.

Great hotel for families. We had the ‘dual key’ room which was a one bedroom apartment with a joining studio double. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Great location right beside the mall. Plenty of free off steak parking. Only a few gripes. It would be great if it was a non smoking hotel as we had to keep closing our ranch slider due to our neighbours smoking on the deck. One of the pools was heated a few degrees but a long way off warm. Likewise the spa was borderline cold.

Room: modest, old, nearly no room for clothes and suit cases. Equivalent to 2* and not 4* as officially indicated. Balcony with a "beautiful" view to the parking lot. Alarm clock is definitively not required: the daily waste removal services takes care of it at 6:30am. Location probably the best attribute of this apartment as it is close to the Central Shopping mall and the train station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
