        Pros: View from our room was amazing. Air conditioning was Beautiful. Entrance into the Building was Nice. Cons: Room Promoted as 10 bedrooms More like Mattresses everywhere Room was tiny should be promoted as 2 bedrooms. Next Couldn't even use the Pool The whole time we were there. Gym was also disappointing only has Cardio Equipment and had to walk 20 Minutes to Carlton to use ZAP Gym. Guests Are not allowed to use BBQ Area Residents Only. Elevator buttons broken how are we supposed to get to our room right at the top of the building not walking up a huge flight of stairs when walking around Melbourne all day. Don't promote something you can't guarantee Access too. Hallway smelt like Cat Pee. Disappointing experience at the Fith Apartments will be staying elsewhere Next time

        Alright, the pool was the main issue. They said it was a PH issue and the technician is coming next week, so I called Steve the technician and he said it would take 30 mins maximum to fix. If Steve can do it in 30 minutes, it doesn’t need to take a week The elevator has broken buttons and is dodgy, the kitchen area wasn’t working and I’m pretty sure someone’s cat urinated outside our door… Did I mention the pool wasn’t open all week? We tried to tell Nigel that Steve could fix it, but we couldn’t contact Nigel. But hey, the AC worked so that’s a plus.

        The management here is terrible. The manager even goes as far as threatening residents not to collect their parcels. Furthermore, the entire building lacks privacy due to the extensive CCTV surveillance. We've experienced water supply issues in the middle of the night in the past. Additionally, the rubbish chute has been damaged for an extended period.

        Stayed here for our airbnb . Was here for 2 weeks . While we were living there , we did not encounter any rude or negative remarks like the other reviews . In fact , the view was amazing , and location was superb , there were malls and restaurants at close proximity . Transportations were located close by too .

        Disgusting, Booked for two nights didn't even stay for more then an hour. The couch had hair in it, the sink was leaking, the bathroom had urine all over the floor, bed sheets weren't changed, lift broke down while in it. Penny was extremely rude after she took us to the room she refused to answer any calls after the first. We paid a 500 dollar bond... Never got it back. I warn u do not stay here for your own safety.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
