The hotel had a terrible smell of mould and dampness. The room was pleasantly clean but the “city view” was of a roof. If you wake easily to noise I would recommend ear plugs or a different hotel as it was incredibly noisy from other people in the hotel and the workers talking.

very bad experience the room is smelly and humid. and got ants inside the room. they said they can pay by credit card when we book, but in the end when we checkout they said the machine is broken and can only accept cash please avoid this hotel unless you have enough cash

The rooms are ok enough. The location is good. But, they said we could pay with credit card. We go to pay with credit card, and they say machine has not been working for many months. Then an orchestrated crying event happened, with sniffles and fake eye wiping. Then when I asked to pay card again, they pretended to star5 sneezing to scare us away. Long story short, you will have to pay cash. They will lie to you to say you can pay with card. But you can't. Then they will play bizzare games and lie to your face. That is the real shame here. Being lied to in a ridiculous game of coughing and fake tears. Bizzarre.

This is very small hotel. I Did not see any elevators The rooms were small, but clean and had a balcony. To me it did not smell, like some people says. Just remember it is only $15 a night!!!!! They had bikes or motocycles for rent. I will recommended. Ps. All the hotels I stayed during my vacation in VN, the electric power is turns off once you live the room. So the rooms are hot and stuffy when you get back.

This was a good place overall but it does not provide you with a great experience, they have some issues for payments with credit cards, no breakfast. The place is nice and the location is good enough for a couple of days in the city

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
