        It was a 5 nights stay. Let's start with how hospitable the working staffs are, they always greet their customers with a big smile and a big heart. Then the rooms are very clean and well maintained because of the daily room services provided. The CR has all the customer's needs. Speaking of the price it is mid class some may find it expensive some will find it cheap so it depends on your taste but i highly recommend this hotel. Also the location is very accessible through almost all sorts of transport and it's also walking distance from downtown. 🫶

        It was a 5 nights stay. Let's start with how hospitable the working staffs are, they always greet their customers with a big smile and a big heart. Then the rooms are very clean and well maintained because of the daily room services provided. The CR has all the customer's needs. Speaking of the price it is mid class some may find it expensive some will find it cheap so it depends on your taste but i highly recommend this hotel. Also the location is very accessible through almost all sorts of transport and it's also walking distance from downtown. 🫶

        awful. Half the building was under construction and some of the rooms were without doors, covered by a mattress. there was no hot water. They make you wait at check-out to see that the room is okay.

        Bad customer service. Day 1 - assigned us in a room where there is a water leak near the aircon. They transferred us to another room, matutulog na sana ako pero need pa tumayo para lumipat. They should have checked the room first before assigning it to us. Day 3 (afternoon) - the door lock of the room malfunctioned(lowbatt) and the shower stopped working. They sent a technician to fix shower and door while having the guest inside the room. They should have transferred us to a better room but they didnt. claiming everything is fixed already. but unfortunately, when we came back very tired at midnight, the door malfunctioned again. the frontdesk kept on claiming that she just needed to reactivate the keycard, so I went up and for the second time she wont believe me that the door is not responding. She is very stubborn. She sent a technician with me on the 3rd time that I went down. Nakakairita kasi sinulat pa nya sa report nya na "Customer refused room transfer" Ate, should have transferred us on the first malfunction of the door pa. Kainis ka. Hindi ka nag offer! Ako na nagsabi na sana, nung unang sira pa lang, you should have transferred us. I requested for an inconvenience compemsation, but they didnt process one because it was a sunday daw and there is no manager around. I left them my number, and told them I will expect a call from them on Monday but received none. This is my second time in this hotel but I will definitely, Wont book again.
