        Receptionist is at different building, 50meter walk away. The staff is okay and helpful, make sure to ask them for towel and etc2 at the receptionist first for confirmation. Room Is quite spacey than i thought, room is clean, toilet is clean, everything is fine. The toilet look good for a cheap hotel, but the shower is malfunctioning and there's no soap in toilet. i ordered for non smoking room, but when people outside smoking, the smell somehow get in my room and the smell is so strong. Overall review 8/10

        The rates are cheap but the hotel itself is bad. I booked the royal suite or queen suite (biggest room available) because all rooms are booked. I got itch and rashes because of the bed, I don't know the reason, and I don't want to know anymore (I took a shower before going to bed). There was a big tear in the wall beside the bed of the room I booked. The bedside lamps are not working and WiFi conndction is slow. There is no slippers available for use and airconditioning is bad. I did not enjoy my stay.

        Disappointed with the state of the room I stayed in. One of the floor tiles has come off the floor; the pillow case is filthy yellow which looked like it was never bothered to be replaced; the walls are dusty that you could see piles of dust on it; and there’s a rusty metal dustbin. Not to mention the toilet, the water splashes out the bowl when you flush which made the seat wet. There is no hairdryer as promoted in the Agoda app and the room smells old. Furthermore, I could hear people showering next door which goes to show the walls are awfully anti-soundproof. Overall, this is another hotel on the verge of total neglect.

        Please note that there are 2 sovotel premises. The first one nearer the mrt entrance is not the reception (they should put a sign for this to indicate to new customers). Waited for 15 mins outside before being informed by other customers that there is another premise in the next block where the reception is. Otherwise the room is good and comfortable enough for the price, and very close to MRT Surian. No water provided even though it states so in the booking (via Agoda, they also never pickup my call). Also no elevator so need to climb up the stairs. Take some time to find parking in the area.

        It is clean, pleasant, and fresh. The bathrooms are impeccably clean and modern. The rooms are very clean and even I was very pleased that there was a chair for the desk. This hotel is certainly what I would choose when coming by.
