What a fantastic experience. I went to Heart Of Melbourne this morning after being referred from my GP, he highly recommended them. I see why. The staff were so lovely and the doctors were so reassuring not to mention intelligent. My Cardiologist picked up a few issues with my previous scan I had with another cardiology practice. I am so grateful and would like to thank everybody at Heart Of Melbourne Boronia

Very disappointed with how I was treated (Boronia) at my heart stress appointment Monday 24th July . I don’t know what her name was but no nice greeting no smile and certainly no information given to me as to exactly what the test entailed. Was told go Behind screen Put your stuff on the chair and take off your top. Which I duly did. Came out and she looked at me like I’d got three heads and said well Your bra as well!! But that’s not what she said. During the scan I couldn’t stand the pain in a certain area of her pressing hard with the strobe, anymore and I Told her it was painful no more please. She simply said in a couldn’t care less voice that she had to press to get a clear scan result. I’ve had numerous scans in my life none hurt like this one did! The Doctor was only marginally better in his attitude. Would I recommend this place to anyone NO I WOULD NOT. On hindsight I should have given This feedback to my GP when I saw him Today.

From the time of making my initial appointment (with the very pleasant and accommodating Rhiannon) to the pre-testing & consultation with Dr Bala I am confident I’ve made the right choice in attending this practice. The recommendations for thorough further testing that was booked by the practice in a very quick time frame has comforted me in knowing that my substantial family history is being dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. Excellent service. Didn't have to wait long at all before being called in by Dr Asrar. I was impressed by his ability to pick up on a diagnosis and proposal of a treatment plan. All investigations were implemented on the same day and the results available soon after. Highly recommended if you are looking for a cardiology group.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
