A better apartment than Tifolia. It has a gym and the parking lot is bigger. The pool is placed on the back of the apartment. Just across TransJ bus stop and near MRT station. Near to malls and easy access to toll road.

Great location close to transit and main roads. There's a mall across the street and several more not too far away. There is a horrible stench from the polluted canal right in front of the apartment building. Road noise is always entering the rooms, 24/7. Most of the apartments seem to be built with very low quality - lots of leaks and rough edges and uneven surfaces. Terrible parking situation - overflowing. The lobbies are boring and spartan. Half the elevators aren't working. The ones that are working, are very slow. The swimming pool is built in the middle of the parking lot on the ground floor. Terrible. I wish they'd have considered building the pool and gym on the rooftop. (And parking underground). The IPL (maintenance or condo fee) is pretty high considering how few the services available are.

Decent apartment about 42-45 stories high counting for the non-numbered floors. Available in 1, 2, or 3 bedroom configuration. 6 elevator shaft split into 2 servicing different sets of floors. Security team are courteous enough and there are cleaning done everyday. Barely any roofed parking so keep that in mind.

Apartment with future expansion of another 3 towers and some stores and office complex. Strange building design though. Too thin, so it feels, it would topple down in case of strong wind or quake. But then again I am not a construction expert.

This apartment is going to be marked. In front of the transjakarta bus shelter and next to LRT station. And 15mins to Manggarai train station, not so bad. wow.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
