        I have been dealing with guest services for days. I unfortunately inhaled something from the air from all the construction and damages. Our luggage was to be drug over cords. There was no security, employees were loading their vehicles with furniture from the dumpsters. Upon check in I asked for a different hotel and was denied. We are from WI- we were traveling that day and needed a break with kids. I wish I didn’t go against my gut because I’ve been suffering ever since. I had to stay in my car the last night because I had issues breathing and didn’t want to disturb everyone else in my party. This hotel was booked for VACATION and RELAXATION!! We did not get what we paid for and it ruined my vacation. They served breakfast on floor 1!! That’s in the same room as these photos and the crap in the air went through the vents and would end up even on floor 5!!! The pool and hot tub were both unusable due to maintenance. So many safety and health code violations!!!!!

        This hotel was formerly a Best Western and recently was taken over by Hilton. Never heard of the "Spark" brand by Hilton so figured would try it out. I choose my room (king bed) through the app in the morning & arrived after check in time, approx. 3:20 and was told "oh room is not ready, we have no rooms ready except 1 with 2 double beds". I just wanted to check in so accepted it but thinking "why did I check in, pick a room for it not to be ready after check in time". The front desk agent wasn't very professional, no thank you for being a Hilton Honors member either. I had to ask for bottled water which normally they provide as a member. Then the wifi/internet was not working most of the afternoon. I go back down to the front desk and he proceeds to tell me "Yeah our phones & internet service is down, has been for awhile". Said some other comments about advising the manager, etc which I didn't pay attention to. I am thinking why did you not tell me this upon check in but proceeded to tell me the wifi password though when I checked in. This was not acceptable as I had some work to do on my laptop but couldn't. Finally passed 2 employees upon coming and going through the hotel, not 1 person smiled or greeted me. Could not use the stairwell or at least I figured I wouldn't as it appeared they were remodeling it but no signs told you not to use it. Anyway maybe once the hotel is completely done remodeling it may be up to Hilton standards but as it stands now, its not and I personally would not stay here. I had better experiences staying at the Four Points by Sheration right next door. Nice hotel, bar, restaurant, much, much friendlier and professional staff. Thank you!

        Absolutely shameful. Advertised breakfast and pool, and had neither…. we arrived to a hotel completely under construction tons of construction workers, paint cans at entrances, building materials where guest have to walk. NO COFFEE IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING. No FOOD….no breakfast, no vending machines, no room microwave. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. Don’t book. They will not reach out and tell you they have nothing the site says they offer. Broken elevator so dirty stairwells are the alternative. They really should close while renovating. Total disgrace and safety hazard.

        Hotel double booked our rooms. We have 7 people and booked our rooms ahead of time, due to the new management they canceled our reservations for 2 rooms. We received discounted rooms with a sister location but all of our plans are ruined since we are no longer within walking distance of the convention center. Extremely unprofessional

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
