Great place for vacations. Excellent service, comfortable rooms, great fields to play golf. The water park is great for kids, and it is really close to most of the theme parks. There is even a Walmart just 5 minutes' drive away if you want to save costs on food. I would definitely stay here again.

I had high hopes for this property and wanted to appreciate its excellent building and layout. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the incessant noise from the family living above us. While we're accustomed to some level of noise from upstairs neighbors, the constant running and screaming of children from dawn until dusk were beyond tolerable. Upon lodging a complaint with the front desk, we were informed that the particular apartment causing the disturbance was not part of the rental pool, rendering them unable to address the issue. Frustrated by the lack of resolution, we returned to the front desk seeking alternatives. Their initial suggestion was for us to contact the security guard, which struck me as unprofessional. After expressing our continued dissatisfaction, they proposed the option to downgrade to one of their townhomes or move to another unit they had blocked off, but at a cost—over $100 for a cleaning fee. I found it unreasonable to pay additional fees for the inconvenience caused. There is also inconsistency when it comes to answering emails. My mails were only looked at when I referenced them at the end of our stay. Beyond the noise problem, we discovered soiled sheets and pillowcases, and encountered two cockroaches a day before our departure. Despite the property's aesthetic appeal, there are evident issues that need addressing, and a shift in focus towards customer satisfaction is crucial instead of prioritizing apartment owners.

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. The management know nothing about hospitality, they are customer hostile. They just want to milk the hell out of you. They charged my family over 400$ for bottles and items on the counter top, trash in the trash can, stain on rugs and sheets, it’s like they have never heard of cleaning. Hotels/Normal Resorts don’t do this and they reuse items. If you stain their rugs/trash can they probably gonna charge you the cost of a new rug/trash can. They offer no cleaning services except upon check out like “duh”, they help with nothing. If nothing, they make your holiday more stressful. The management even threatens guests. What a joke! I wish the owners of the resort homes knew how bad the management team is, no wonder the place is EMPTY.

I was going to give this place a great review. The facility is new, and the rooms are spacious but that's about it. Extremely poor service. Do not stay here!!!! Buyer beware!!! The people who manage this resort will find every opportunity to charge you. They will charge you for stained bedsheets and the tiniest stains on beds, rugs, etc. This is a business without a human heart. The manager didn't care that we were dissatisfied with the service we were getting when we complained. After paying over $2000 to stay here, we went out one day and asked for our room to be cleaned. On getting back, we realized our access code into our condominium no longer worked. They charged us for the cleaning fee and stains on the bedsheet of over $200. Our little one had a nose bleed over the night and stained the sheets. They said they had to discard the sheets. They are not a hotel. Stay here if you want to go broke on a vacation. They also charged us another $300 for little things not being organized upon check out. You have been advised!!!!!

*****EDIT**** We received a credit from our CC due our valid reasons and Spectrum not being able to provide proof. ****Stay at your own RISK**** I am definitely conflicted with my review but will detail out our experience as best as I can. We arrived on the day of check in at midnight after a very long day of travel. When we got to our room the check in person reviewed a list of items showing us how to get into the room and letting us know that they do not replenish towels and items without an additional charge. This was fine as we picked up our replenishments at Walmart and washed our towels in the condo. They advised the main pool was closed for maintenance, which really sucked for us as that was one of the reasons we booked the place and we were not advised until arrival. We had use of the water park but there hours were limited and we were at Disney the majority of the hours they were open. He mentioned if we had noticed any damages to the condo and at the point in time we were only in the unit for 5 minutes and we had noticed a fairly significant stain on the carpet in the main bedroom. The next day making breakfast we had noticed there was no knife block or sharp knives, which was reported and they brought us a knife block later that afternoon when we were out. The rooms were large, spacious and fairly new and very nice inside. The beds were very comfortable. The resort was located 15-20 minute drive to all the Disney parks and about a 5 minute drive to the nearest Walmart and most amenities. I was originally going to give them a 4 star review as we felt the location and rooms were very good. We were disappointed in the fact that the main pool was closed and we were not notified in advance. The bad comes after we checked out and I received a notice that they were charging us $100.00 for a small tear made in one of the bed frames. I disputed this damage as it was not caused by us and they were not able to even provide detail on the location of the bed frame. If it was actually in our bed it was probably concealed by bedding we did not even see it. Their manager said it was not reported on their previous inspection of a guest that stayed 2 months prior. They also never had record of the carpet staining or missing knives from the prior guest, so they are relying on there guests to do a full inspection of the unit and if you do not report it then they will find something to charge you. We have since disputed this charge with our bank and will be getting a refund. So saying this buyer beware to any guest that book here. Also when you look up the service mangers FB page you will understand that he really doesn't give a hoot about guests and it will all make sense. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
