Thank you Sphendon hotel for everything. It was my third stay in this hotel and I am always as happy as my first stay. If you're looking for an authentic hotel, in the middle of Sultan Ahmet area and not so far from the tramway, don't hesitate to stay in Sphendon. I'll be definitely going back. Çok teşekkurler to the staff (the receptionists, the cleaning lady, and the breakfast lady), they've been so kind and helpful. Emna

Even if the room was a little bit small, the hotel provides you with intimate spaces you can use at your pleasure: the terrace and the backyard. These two are a real plus, same as the staff, very kind and 24/7 available. Breakfast service was of good quality, with variety proportioned to the small hotel it is. I would definitely recommend, it is very central and handy!

Dont be fooled by the fake reviews. This hotel sucks really bad! First off : there are no elevators, no room service personnelle especially at night. The rooms are super small, dirty ( we found human hair in bed, toilets, bird fecies on window,...). The view is on a garage🥲 and in summer, it took the air conditioning one hour to get the room temperature to an acceptable level. The area is dark, and believe me, there is a very high chance you get mugged in that region (or maybe worse). The streets were literally in a remote , still in the construction area. Last but not least, if you cancel you (we did through the first night to show you how terrible it was), it is screwed since there is no refund even if your claims are rightly argumented! STAY AWAY

Great stay here. Amazing experience for the price! Breakfast daily with omelet cooked to order. No it is not a 5 star buffet but at this price it would not be expected. Staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. They arranged my covid test for my flight out to be taken in the lobby of the hotel. Max convenience! . Wifi worked well and speed was more than adequate to watch YouTube in hd on my laptop. They also arranged a taxi to the airport that actually used the meter, so I tipped very well. Bed was comfortable and room was cleaned and restocked daily. There is a convenience store about 40 feet to the left of the lobby that will have all your basic needs covered. Will definitely stay here when I visit again as the value is amazing and so were the staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
