Very comfortable hotel in a convenient location next to Milan Central station. Lots of restaurant and cafe options nearby. The rooms were clean and well maintained and in better condition than some of the 4 star hotels we have experienced. Staff were friendly and happy to speak English. Nice accommodation at the 3 star level.

Imagine a post nuclear world with a still working hotel business. The corridors feel like a well lit course from Doom or a random high quality zombie survival game. Very clean hotel and nice rooms of equally high quality, as long as you like the colour grey. Located very centrally, a few 100m from the central station.

The room layout is terrible. There's no shower booth, just a shower curtain, and after showering, water overflows to the bed area. The drainage is completely inadequate, and it's dangerously slippery. The hotel's proposed solution is only cleaning. To address this issue, they would need to either avoid assigning the room or renovate the interior. Opening the window allows small talk with passersby. Even on the first floor, it feels like you're sleeping outdoors. If assigned to the first floor or an accessible room, it's essential to demand a refund or request a room change. (They claim the rooms are fully booked, but it doesn't seem to be the case.) 진짜최악이에요,,,.가지마세요,,, 별 한개도 아까움

It is a nicely refurbished hotel with a modern young vibe. Fairly clean. Clean sheets and towels. Distance to the central train station is an easy 7 min walk. Do note that we had the ground floor unit and it was pretty noisy. Both with sounds from the street as well as from the reception lobby. I think we were also given a mobility friendly unit (I'm not sure) but the shower had no separation except for a shower curtain and the entire bathroom floor floods entirely :( it was a real negative in an otherwise decent room. The entire bathroom mat was soaked. I also didn't like the funny high toilet bowl with the hole in the front, I took a photo (again might be a mobility room thing). There is also no kettle on the room. But for a single night stay, it's tolerable for the convenience to the train station as we had a morning train to catch. Maybe the next time I'll request for a higher floor room.

I stayed here for 3 nights in October and enjoyed my stay. The staff here are the real reasons for this 5 star review. They were so helpful and kind, whether it was a request for a taxi, a restaurant recommendation, or a request for an extra pillow. The rooms are good value and they were clean. I took advantage of the breakfast box each morning...mainly because my schedule was so packed, and it was perfect and just what I needed. Location: it's a less than 10 minute walk from the central train station with several good restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
