Superbly styled hotel- lobby, rooms, all of it! Nice products from the botanist & chemist. Exceptional location right next to the lake. Nice staff. The rooms are of decent size. The sauna is small but cozy. there is a fitness center but it’s abysmally equipped- the weights don’t even go past 5kgs dumbbell. got easy benefit from an upgrade. but other than that.. nice stay overall!

The room was clean, spacious, very nicely furnished. The bed is very comfortable. Nice and friendly reception, friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is very tasty and offers a large selection of different food, including local ones. The hotel is located in the center and on the edge of the lake. So it is a top location.

Our stay at the Splendid Hotel Lac d'Annecy was fantastic. The room was clean, spacious, and overlooking the canal -- splendid! The staff was friendly, helpful and patient with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this hotel, and hope to stay there again someday.

Lovely experience in all respects. The location is ideal near the lake, old town and many other amenities. Our room was very well-appointed with nice selection of coffees and teas. We appreciated chromecast on the entertainment system to stream programs. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was so delicious with a wide range of cold and warm food including regional specialities. It will set you up well for active adventures. Absolutely best of all: the warm, welcoming staff who looked after us so kindly and made us feel at home. We will come back. Merci a tous et a la prochaine.

Had a nice experience here. The location cannot be beat. You are central to everything you’d want to do or walk to. So many restaurants and the canals within a quick walk nearby. Train station is a quick walk. Check in and check out was easy. Stored luggage easily. Comfortable and modern lounge and bar in lobby. We booked a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but fine. AC was a bit difficult to figure out. Otherwise, room was nicely appointed. Our request for more towels and non-decaf espresso was answered within 2 minutes. Stay here!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
