If you're looking for a hotel that perfectly blends prime location, friendly service, and comfortable accommodations, this guys has you covered. Situated right in the heart of Hanoi this gem was the perfect base for exploring all the city had to offer. This hotel has an stylish decor, super clean, comfy beds, and fantastic breakfast. Check in was super smooth even though it was quite late. We were planning a trip to Ha Giang and weren't sure what to do with our luggage. The staff instantly jumped into action, offering to store our belongings securely while we were away. This small gesture was a huge lifesaver and a testament to the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. The incredible customer care manager went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Their dedication to our comfort made all the difference and really enhanced our entire trip. In short, if you're looking for a hotel that delivers on all fronts, stop your search! This is the place to be.

I would give 6 stars if this would be possible, just because of the friendly, kind and honest staff! We booked 2 tours at the beginning to Sa Pa and back to Càt Bá - unfortunately we can't make the second trip and switched this to the end of our journey. Mr Dong & Mr Tom just helped us to geht back from Càt Bá to Hanoi without any issues. Thank you so! The breakfast was sufficient and tasty. The room at the first stay was not as expected, but fine. Therefore the second room was amazing! We would also recommend the spa - we had vietnamese massage (2 times :D) and a facial. Greetings from the woman with the blue Hair :) Thanks for this beautiful ending of our journey here in Vietnam!

Although we didn't book our tour to Sapa through the hotel, they were happy to store our bags for 5 days and were willing and able to give us an early check-in 5+ hours before normal check in, after we arrived off the night train very early in the morning. Location great, in the thick of it, but on a quiet side street. Little noise other than cathedral bells on Sunday morning. Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Good buffet breakfast.

Stayed for a few nights while in Hanoi. It wasn’t terrible but it definitely wasn’t as nice as the photos. The people were nice, breakfast was decent and the location is great. I think I just had higher expectations because how nice the photos make it look.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
