        The location of this apartment is walkable from the bus station. There is a pharmacy and supermarket nearby. There are several restaurants nearby. The main harbour and promenade called Riva are at walkable distance. The apartment is small and compact. It's a studio apartment. It's good for two people coming for a stay of 2 to 3 days. The prices and services are good. There is no washing machine and dishwasher. There is a safety vault within the room.

        Good Location and nice and comfortable rooms. The manager is very helpful. The view outside is not the best but it is nice nonetheless. The apartment is supposed to be cleaned every other day if you are staying for 4 or more days. The room has small kitchen but does not have a dishwasher. The only problem is that the WiFi is slow.

        We stepped on a landmine. We booked a room with balcony on bookingcom. On arrival, the receptionist gave us a room on the ground floor with no window and dark like a basement. When we protested, the receptionist actually told us that the room upstairs is given priority to disabled people (this is the most ridiculous reason I have ever heard, no elevator, narrow stairs for disabled people?) and the unreasonable answer we got was , or you can leave immediately and find a better room. We choose to leave. Here is our first impression of Split. There may be so many tourists here that hotels can bully visitors. I don't care how many people care about my negative reviews. I just want to share my experience. I should have given zero stars if I could.

        Great service, friendly, professional, clean, good for your money. We arrived 2 days earlier according to hotel. Com reservations because there was a glitch in the system. Mat and the other went out of their way to accommodate us. They even picked us up from a street near by. Thanks again Mat!

        Wonderful stay here! Close to bus, ferry and Old Town but very quiet. Hosts very helpful, Andrea spent ample time informing us on local attractions. Your dinner recommendation of Apetit was as you said a bit difficult to find in the narrow windy streets but a delicious meal. Your breakfast suggestion at Toc was also very good.
