Had the absolute best stay here in July. I booked last minute for one night and wished I could have stayed longer. The lady at reception Martina was so lovely and went out of her way to help me. She carried my heavy bag all the way up the steep stairs for me and walked me to a restaurant that I had a booking at that night so I wouldn't get lost. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Split

First this establishment is very hard to find in Split especially at night, we have had a reservation here after we had our flight cancelled, we included in the message that we can’t arrive before 23h00 so instead of refusing the reservation they took the money and sent us a message over email saying that they can’t accept us after 23h00 because the reception is empty and they proposed another facility over 4km away, unreachable by transportation. We tried to respond that we cannot arrive but we found that they cancelled the reservation therefore we couldn’t use booking to contact them to tell them we cannot go to the other facility they kept sending message on Booking telling us they are waiting for us for hours in the other facility without us accepting the new place. At the end they refused to refund us under the reason that the reception lady had to stay 3 hours for us.

All good! From booking to accommodation itself. Both ladies with whom we communicated were kind. The accommodation is new, clean and in the very center. We are definitely coming back again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
