We had a great time in Split (2021/6). Been a while. I’ve posted reviews of the place elsewhere and forgot about Google. 🙊 The property is off the main road, so you don’t have to deal with noise from traffic, just a few neighbors talking loudly/laughing from time to time. Andrea, the manager, was there when we arrived. She was very attentive throughout the process of purchasing the apartment all the way to our departure. She was also informative, gave us info on what to do/where to go/where not to go, etc. Even supplied us with a map and locations of interest. The apartment fit the need. A nice, small studio apartment. Nice sized bed. Small dining area. And a wardrobe for hanging your clothes. There’s also a little loft area above the main living space. But it seemed pretty small for myself who’s 6ft tall. Also, the air conditioning was ice cold! Major plus for those humid days. There were also little treats by the door you could grab when exiting. I would say there is need for a few more dishes if one is planning to stay in and eat. Not a big deal, but we had to wash dishes frequently and could only use a pot and pan. The other small issue as hearing the other apartment doors closing. Seemed kinda loud and alarming at times. However, you couldn’t hear what was happening in the other apartments which is a major plus. I’d definitely do it all over again. Split had some very cool history and good places to eat. Tip: if you’re traveling here and don’t want to pay extra fees on exchange rates, I’d definitely recommend a credit card that allows for foreign purchases with no extra charge.

Close by to main area of Split. Margareta was great and very helpful in suggesting things to do and see. The rooms are adequate and comfortable, however get it early for hot showers (as it runs out between the three apartments).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
