My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights. The location was brilliant and the flat is very spacious with a terrace. It was easy to check in / check out. The downsides are that there is nowhere to hang your clothes (i.e. no wardrobe/closet) and very little shelf space or towel hooks in the bathroom. The hosts are very hands off and will not bother you unless you need help. They did not offer to come clean or switch the towels while we were there but also we did not ask, so perhaps one has to ask. It would be 5 stars from me if the wardrobe/bathroom situation were better.

We stayed in the apartment for a week. Excellent location and nice rooms. We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed our stay Unfortunately during our one week stay our room was not cleaned even once during the seven day period. Would be nice, in future, if the rooms are cleaned more regurlarly, and clean towels are provided.

Cleanes, location and customer service was perfect! :) . A quick tip from me regarding a car park, there is a car park nearby which is called Trinidado, and it costs 23 euros for 72 hours, after that you will have to pay the normal rate per hour, which is not a lot. There is a reception at the car where the people were so helpful and friendly. The apartment was amazing and secured, the only down side was that it's quite difficult to sleep due to the nosie made by the bin men collecting the rubbish and recycling ( including glass) at 2 or 3am. There was a stage nearby where they play music until 2am :( , we hardly could some a during those 4 nights :( , but hey, after a coffee we were more or less ok hahaha. There are plenty of local restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay in general, and we are coming back ;)

Lovely clean and spacious 2 bedroom apartment in a great location. Check in staff were very helpful, offering great advice on what to see and do in Porto. Have recommended to family and friends.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
