It's really cold, before renting it make sure they have a heather in every room, most of the rooms had an ac for heating, but mine didn't, it was really cold. The place was really big and clean. We went to a different apartment by misunderstanding and our key opened the other apartment too, probably it opens every apartment, so don't leave anything precious while you are not there and leave the key in the door for the night...

Last minute booking, it was out of my expectation. Like a real jackpot! The apartment is very spacious and clean, with all facilities you need for a comfortable accommodation. And the landlord was very nice guy from Chile, and prepared a welcome basket with sardine can food! And he also gave us some good recommendation on the places we could explore in this city.

Appartement Rue de Ceuta 33 Porto from Spot Appartments. Staying there from 9 till 16 april 2022. The worst thing is that the bedrooms smell bad, we guess because of the fungus we see. And maybe also the mattress. The mattress is really very dirty. This cannot be. There was also a used handkerchief in the bed. The fungus is on the walls in the bedrooms. The wardrobes smell and we do not want our clothes to be in there. Less important but nevertheless: The scissors are broken and one can get hurt. Some furniture is damaged. The laundry rack is rusty. The showers are rusty and probably fungus too. One door looks smashed and poorly repaired. Response from the manager after 2 days: You can have breakfast for compensation and we send cleaning twice. We replyd that we want the mattress replaced immediately. They did. The house is not owned by Spot and the manager claimes he cannot decide NOT to rent is. So this house will stay rented out to tourists of Porto. A big shame on Spot Appartments.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
